No returns are available, but if a model arrives broken or with significant damage, it will be refunded or reprinted. If that happens, we would need pictures confirming the damage occurred. When confirmed, we will forward the products for re-manufacturing right away. All reprints will be of the exact same model and will be sent to the original address. The lead time for a reprint is approximately the same as for the original model.
Our manufacturing partner may choose to offer only a reprint, only a refund, or they may leave the choice to you.
Our reprint policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you reprint or refund.
